Narrative Summary
eCrash – On 10/3/20 at approximately 215PM multiple westbound vehicles attempted to overtake a slower moving recreational vehicle near milepost 20.5 of Highway 34 near Tidewater, Oregon. Another westbound vehicle in the same line of traffic slowed to turn left near Five Rivers Road. An overtaking unit 1 (red Ford) collided with the turning vehicle (unit 2 grey Honda). Unit 1 sustained moderate front end damage. Unit 2 rotated and rolled into the ditch and came to rest on its top facing northwest. No injuries were reported. Unit 1 driver requested AA Towing from Albany. Driver of unit 2 will arrange for removal of his vehicle.

Narrative Summary
**e-Crash** On 10/3/2020 at approximately 7:36 PM I drove up to a single motor vehicle crash that occurred on US-101 milepost 159. A Lincoln County Sheriff’s office deputy was on scene with me as well. The driver of Unit #1 (2015 silver GMC Sierra) was attempting to turn into his driveway, but turned too soon. Unit #1 came to an uncontrolled rest with the front of the vehicle two feet into a ditch. The rear of the vehicle was partially blocking the northbound lane. Rowley’s Towing was called and assisted with removing the vehicle. The driver was uninjured, and was able to drive Unit #1 to his residence.

On Sunday, October 4, 2020 Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy had stopped a vehicle near milepost 17 on US-20. The driver had an active warrant. Oregon State Police and Newport Police responded to assist. A drug investigation occurred where suspected heroin and suspected methamphetamine were located. The driver and passenger were cited and released by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office for the crime of distribution.

Narrative Summary
**e-Crash** On 10/4/2020 at approximately 4:08 PM, OSP received a report of a two vehicle crash that occurred on US-101 near milepost 131. I arrived on scene at approximately 4:25 PM. Unit #1 (black 2020 travel van) was attempting a left turn from a side road from Otter Crest loop onto US-101. Unit #2 (Silver 2007 Toyota Tundra) was traveling southbound on US-101. Unit #1 failed to yield to oncoming traffic, and Unit #2 collided with the driver side of Unit #1. The occupants of Unit #1 were uninjured, and the driver of Unit #2 was transported to PCH for complaint of neck pain. ODOT and Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office assisted with traffic management.

**Log Only** On 10/4/2020 at approximately 8:37 PM, OSP received a report of a hit and run crash that occurred on US-20 Milepost 26. I spoke to the driver who reported the crash via phone. He told me he was no longer in the area, and he was in the city of Corvallis. He also said that the alleged suspect vehicle made passes in no passing zones, and brake checked him several times until he rear ended the vehicle. He said the suspect vehicle was a red Ford Explorer, but he was unable to recall the plates. The driver sent me pictures of his truck via text. Based on the pictures, the damage did not meet the criteria for a reportable crash. There is also no new information regarding the other vehicle involved. The driver was provided with a case number.
