Narrative Summary
On 02/11/2022 at approximately 11:00pm. A 911 caller reported a vehicle (Red Pontiac Grand Prix) fire on highway 101 near milepost 121 in Lincoln County. Upon arrival the vehicle fire was put out by the Depoe Bay Fire Department. The driver left the scene and was unable to be contacted. The vehicle was towed by Car Care Towing and was no longer a hazard.

eCrash- On 02/12/2022 at approximately 3:39pm a vehicle (Silver Toyota Highlander) traveling northbound collided with another vehicle (Blue Toyota Tacoma) who was stopped for a car attempting to turn left where a no left turn is permitted. Northbound lane was closed during the investigation. Medics provided aid to the driver of the vehicles and the driver of vehicle 1 was taken to the hospital. The driver and passenger of vehicle 2 were not injured and drove home due to minimal damage. Vehicle 1 was towed by coast towing and the north bound lane opened back up.

eCrash – On 02/17/2022 at approximately 12:55pm I was dispatched to a crash on Highway 18 involving two vehicles and a driver who was stuck in the car. A vehicle (Red Equinox) was traveling westbound on highway 18 when it left its lane colliding with another vehicle (Septic Truck) traveling eastbound. The driver of vehicle 1 was transported to the hospital due to injuries and the driver of the second vehicle sustained no injuries. both vehicles were towed. The highway was opened back up once the vehicle were removed and no longer a hazard.
