Oregon Coast Community College has scheduled five “On-the-Spot Admissions” events in late July and August for prospective students.
The events are designed to provide one-on-one assistance to students with all parts of the college application process, from financial aid to course selection to the application itself. The events are a great opportunity to learn more about the application process for recent high school graduates and working adults who may have never attended college before, the college said in a news release announcing the events.
The admission events are 1-3 p.m. July 23 and 10 a.m. to noon Aug. 14 at the OCCC campus in Lincoln City; 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 8 and 5-7 p.m. Aug. 27 at the OCCC campus in Newport; and from 1-3 p.m. Aug. 21 at the OCCC building on Crestline Drive in Waldport.
