SEAL ROCK — Handcrafted holiday decorations are an annual tradition for the Seal Rock Garden Club, which is holding its popular holiday greens sale from 9 a.m to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9.
Shoppers can choose from locally-sourced green wreaths and swags, small live trees and tabletop arrangements, all handmade and decorated by members. The event will take place at the clubhouse, adjacent to the Seal Rock Fire Station, at 10377 Rand St.
In addition to the goods on sale, the club will offer garden-themed items, including a handcrafted garden bench at a silent auction. A live, four-foot decorated tree will also be raffled off, with tickets priced at $1 apiece, or six for $5.
A portion of the sale’s proceeds are donated to local projects for youth and women. The Seal Rock Garden Club is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year.
