If you are a health care provider, emergency service worker or other person in the first group of Oregonians being offered the COVID-19 vaccine, Samaritan Health Services is offering shot clinics three days next week. But there are only 2,000 doses available.
Residents of Lincoln, Benton and Linn counties who are in groups 1-4 of the state’s Phase 1A group can make an appointment through Samaritan to get a first doze of the Pfizer vaccine. The clinic will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 21, and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21 in the Willamette Expo Hall of the Linn County Fairgrounds in Albany.
Scheduling instructions are available at samhealth.org/GetTheVaccine. This web page also includes a list of individuals and positions who are eligible, paperwork to be completed before the appointment and directions for the day of the vaccination appointment.
