Want to get your child vaccinated? There are at least three opportunities Friday and Saturday for children as young as 12 to get a COVID-19 vaccine at three clinics offered by Samaritan Health Services in Lincoln County.
Teenagers from 15-17 were already approved for the Pfizer vaccine and anyone 18 and older is eligible for the Moderna vaccine. But this week, the federal government and the state of Oregon gave approval for children between the ages of 12 and 15 to get the Pfizer vaccine.
Vaccinations can be done via appointment through the Samaritan Heath website or just by walking in.
