Oregon Coast Community College Board of Directors requests sealed proposals for Project Management Services to support the college’s bond
projects.
The college intends to construct a trades education facility, remodel four existing buildings and complete deferred maintenance by utilizing funds from a
successful bond measure in May of 2024 and matching funds from the state of Oregon.
The successful proposer will primarily assist the college with:
• Project scope delineation
• Prioritization of projects
• Scheduling
• Procurement of architectural, engineering, geotechnical, survey, and commissioning consultants
• Procurement of a Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC)
• Management of the available funds
Construction is expected to commence in the summer of 2025 and be substantially complete by the fall of 2027.
Proposals are due September 9 at 5PM PDT. Interviews will be held the week of September 16, 2024. The contract is expected to be awarded on
September 25, 2024.
