REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES QUALIFICATIONS
OREGON COAST COMMUNITY COLLEGE GO-BOND PROGRAM
OREGON COAST COMMUNITY COLLEGE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES REQUEST
FOR QUALIFICATIONS – Oregon Coast Community College (OCCC) is requesting
qualifications for professional services from interested firms for their GO-bond
construction program which will consist of multiple large projects over several years.
Interested firms with recent experience in the following disciplines are requested to submit
qualifications, separately or together: Geotechnical Engineering, Land Surveying,
Special Inspections, Cost Estimating, Water Intrusion Consulting & Inspections,
and Commissioning. In order to be considered, interested firms should submit their
qualifications statement addressing all of the following: (1) Firm background and office
location(s); (2) Oregon project experience including dates, details and references; (3)
Experience with public institutions with dates, details and references; and (4) Resumes
of key individuals providing services. Qualification information should be submitted no
later than 2pm on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. The qualifications package shall be in
PDF electronic format via email only and shall be limited to one (1) single page cover
letter and a maximum of ten (10) 8.5” x 11” pages for each discipline as listed above.
OCCC will review all applicants and select qualified firm(s) with which to negotiate a
mutually agreeable fee for the anticipated scope of work based on project requirements.
