Narrative Summary
***E-CRASH*** On the afternoon of March 2, 2020, the Oregon State Police was investigating a CMV crash on Hwy 20 near McNary Ln. outside of Toledo. During the investigation a secondary crash occurred involving UNIT # 1 (red Ford Mustang) rear ending UNIT # 2 (white GMC Sierra). UNIT #2 was stopped as an ODOT emergency response vehicle (emergency lights active) made a left turn from EB Hwy 20 to stage for the CMV crash. UNIT #1 was following too close and unable to stop in time before rear ending UNIT #2. The driver of UNIT #1 was issued a citation for Following Too Close. UNIT #2 did not require a tow. UNIT #1 made their own arrangements with Rowley’s Towing.

Narrative Summary
On 3/3/2020 at 12:26 AM OSP made contact with a male inside a black Hyundai Accent. The vehicle was parked overnight in the Governor Patterson State Park day use area. Upon talking with the individual OSP found he had a Misdemeanor warrant for FTA from Lebanon Municipal Court. The individual was cited and released at the request of the issuing agency.

VEHICLE WAS HEADED EAST AND WAS NEGOTIATING A MODERATE CURVE WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL. THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO ROTATE AND TRAVELED ONTO THE WESTBOUND SHOULDER. IT THEN ROLLED COMPLETELY OVER, LANDING ON ITS WHEELS. AND CAME TO REST. NO INJURIES REPORTED AT THE SCENE, CAR CARE TOWING EXTRICATED THE VEHICLE.

Narrative Summary
On 03/04/2020 at 00:24 AM, OSP responded to a crash that occurred on US-101 around mile post 152. A red Mitsubishi was traveling at a high rate of speed northbound and drove off the eastbound shoulder for unknown reasons. The car flipped end over end into a ditch. The Vehicle came to an uncontrolled rest upside down. There was a single occupant on scene along with her dog. The occupant was adamant about being the passenger, but there was no one else in the area. She had bruise along her left collar bone, and was unable to identify the driver. The bruises are consistent with the alignment of a driver side seatbelt. The occupant admitted to drinking at a bar, and gave consented to shortened SFST’s. Based on the occupant’s impairment and injuries received, she was determined to be the driver and was arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving. The Driver’s BAC was .10%. The driver was taken to the Samaritan Pacific Community Hospital and cleared to be lodged in jail. Once cleared the driver was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail for the charges mentioned above.
