STOPPED VEHICLE FOR TRAVELING 45 IN A 30 MPH CONSTRUCTION ZONE. DRIVER STATED HE COULD NOT FIND HIS WALLET AND HIS LICENSE. WHEN A STATUS CHECK WAS RUN, IT WAS DISCOVERED THE DRIVER IS MISDEMEANOR SUSPENDED. HE WAS CITED AND RELEASED FOR DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED-MISDEMEANOR AND DRIVING UNINSURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED BY CAR CARE TOW PRO.

Narrative Summary
**eCrash**On 6/16/2020 at 11:15 AM, OSP responded to a vehicle crash involving a silver Chevy Trail Blazer (Unit #1), and a blue Dodge Journey (Unit #2). The crash occurred on US-20 and SE John Nye Rd. Unit #2 was traveling east on US-20, when Unit #1 attempted to turn left from SE John Nye Rd. Both drivers of Unit #1 and Unit #2 said there was a white truck parked on the eastbound shoulder. According to Unit #1’s driver, he could not see oncoming cars due to the white truck blocking his view. When Unit #1 initiated his turn, Unit #2 hit the vehicle on the driver’s side. The occupants of Unit #1 were uninjured, and the sole occupant of Unit #2 was uninjured. Unit #1 was not towed, and Unit #2 arranged her own tow with AA Rowley’s Towing. The driver of Unit #1 was issued a warning for 811.265 fail to obey TCD. Lincoln County Sheriff’s office assisted with the crash investigation.

Narrative Summary
(ecrash) On 6/16/20 at approximately 6:03 pm I investigated a two vehicle crash which occurred on US 101 in the intersection of West Devil’s Lake Rd. Unit #1 (E254703) a Ford Explorer rear ended Unit #2 (LVJC) a Mercedes station wagon when, for an unknown reason, it lurched forward while stopped at a red light. No one was injured and both vehicle were able to be driven from the scene.
