On 07/24/2022 at 8:25 AM Oregon State Police were dispatched to a hit and run near the area of mile post 10 on Highway 18. A collision occurred between a white Toyota Highlander and a blue Dodge Durango. The Highlander was passing the Durango and at some point a collision happened between the two vehicles. The Highlander pulled to the shoulder and a second collision happened from the Durango rear ending the Highlander. The Highlander left shortly after and the Durango followed.
