Narrative Summary
On 10/8/20 at approximately 4PM I stopped a vehicle on suspicion of dumping an old RV near milepost 2 of Highway 34. Passenger exited the vehicle and walked away. Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy contacted the male passenger while I conducted a traffic stop. Female driver was driving suspended and no insurance and issued citations accordingly. Vehicle was impounded, towed by Waldport Tire. Male passenger had outstanding warrants and was cited and released by the deputy. Female driver told me they will recover the motorhome at a later time.
