***E-CRASH*** On 10/27/20 at approximately 3:00 PM, a single-vehicle crash occurred on US-101 around milepost 104. Southbound #1 (red Subaru) performed a high speed U-turn and accelerated northbound, lost control, drove over the centerline, southbound lane, through blackberry bushes, and came to an uncontrolled rest approximately 70 feet from the roadway facing west. Driver #1 transported to SNLH. Driver #1 cited for fail to drive within lane.

Narrative Summary
**Log only**On 10/27/2020 at approximately 6:25 PM, I was dispatched to Agate Beach Wayside to assist with a person stuck approximately two stories up a rocky cliff. With the help of the Newport Fire Department I was able to reach the base of the cliff where the individual was stuck. A volunteer with the fire department assisted me with rescuing the person, and assisting him down to his family. No one was injured, and I ended contact shortly after.
