Narrative Summary
**Log only** On 6/28/2020 at approximately 12:07 PM OSP received a report of suspicious activity that occurred in Depoe Bay in the parking spaces for the viewing point over the bay. According to a male and female that were in the area, they saw an older white male sitting a 2001 blue Mazda Tribute bearing the plate 841LDP. The male said he saw the older male reclined back in the driver seat of his car with his pants down, and a hand on his genitals. The male and female that reported the activity, said they believed the older gentlemen was pleasuring himself to two girls that were walking in the area. I arrived on scene around 12:36 PM, and I spoke with the suspected older white male. The male told me he was changing his pants, and didn’t think anyone was around. There wasn’t any evidence to prove public indecency, and the male was advised to use more discretion when changing clothes.
