Narrative Summary
***LOG ONLY*** On 06/19/20 at approximately 3:00 AM, a single-vehicle crash occurred on US-101 at the SR-18 intersection. Vehicle #1 (silver Accent) was southbound when it drove over the west shoulder, through a highway reflector, and into a tree, coming to an uncontrolled rest facing west. Driver reported falling asleep. Driver wore safety restraints, airbags deployed, and was transported to SNLH with minor injury. Car Care Tow Pro towed #1 to their lot in Lincoln City.

Narrative Summary
**e-Crash** On 6/21/2020 at approximately 5:35 AM OSP was dispatched to a crash on SR-18 milepost 8. The vehicle involved was a 2006 blue Dodge ram pickup (Unit #1). OSP arrived on scene at approximately 7:10 AM. The driver of Unit #1 was on his way to work traveling east, and fell asleep while driving. Unit #1 was negotiating a curve, when it drove off the road and collided with a Pacific Power Utility Pole (Pole # 293601). Unit #1 then traveled several more feet into some trees, and came to an uncontrolled rest. Fire and Medics were on scene prior to OSP’s arrival, and the driver was transported to Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital. OSP followed up with the driver at the hospital to evaluate injuries, and issue citations for fail to drive within lane, and DWS. Car Care Tow Pro towed the vehicle from the scene, and Pacific Power assisted with traffic control. OSP returned to the scene to provide assistance with traffic management, however OSP was not needed and left shortly after.

Narrative Summary
**e-Crash** On 6/21/2020 at approximately 11:49 AM OSP responded to a reported four car collision on SR-18 MP 5.5 near Rose Lodge Market. When OSP arrived, there were two separate crashes that occurred in the same location. This collision involved two vehicles. Unit#2 (a 2010 black Kia Soul) was traveling west on SR-18 in front of Rose Lodge Market, when Unit #1 (a 2001 white Ford F-150) attempted to turn left out of the parking lot. Unit #1 clipped Unit #2 on the vehicle’s rear passenger side quarter panel. Unit #2’s bumper was removed due to the impact. Both vehicles were able to drive off the roadway and come to a controlled rest. The driver of both vehicle’s exchanged information, and Unit #1 left the scene. OSP arrived on scene at 12:20 PM, and requested Unit #1 return to the scene. Both parties were given DMV crash forms, and Unit #1 was warned for ORS 811.280 Failure of driver entering roadway to yield right of way. No occupants were injured, and both vehicles were drivable. OSP ended contact shortly after.
