Narrative Summary
(ecrash) On 6/16/21 at approximately 12:11 pm I responded to a cold, single-vehicle, rollover crash, involving a tan Lexus SUV (379BQW), which occurred at approximately 7:00 am on SR 229 near milepost 11.5. The vehicle had been southbound and negotiating a curve when it swerved off the southbound shoulder and down a steep rock embankment. After leaving the highway the vehicle rolled several times before coming to an uncontrolled rest on its top more than 50 feet off the roadway. No one was injured in the crash. The driver reported he had swerved off the shoulder when he was surprised by a small black sedan driving northbound in his lane. There is no further description of the other vehicle.

Narrative Summary
On the listed time and date the Oregon State Police initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on Highway 20 near Crystal Creek Loop. The operator was found to have an active arrest warrant out of Lane County. The Lincoln County jail would not lodge the subject due to COVID – 19 precautions. The subject was cited and released with a time and date for appearance for the Lane County Circuit Court and issued a violation citation for traffic offences.
