Narrative Summary
(ecrash) On 7/7/21 at approximately 2:03 pm I was dispatched to a multiple vehicle crash on US 101 near mile post 130. Vehicle 1, a blue Ford 150 (YHS196) was stopped in the northbound lane waiting to turn into Rocky Creek State Park in violation of the No Left Turn sign posted. Vehicle 2, a silver Toyota Tundra (176CTQ), stopped behind vehicle 1 and was subsequently rear-ended by vehicle 3, a green Chevy Tahoe (973FDF). No one was injured during the crash and all vehicle were drivable. Driver 1 was cited for Fail to Obey a Traffic Control Device.

Narrative Summary
On 7/7/21 at approximately 7PM I stopped a vehicle for speed on the Alsea Bay Bridge. Vehicle returned stolen in Florence, Oregon. Subject provided false name and info. Subject was taken into custody and booked and released from Lincoln County Jail. Vehicle owner recovered the vehicle. Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.

Narrative Summary
On 7/8/21 at approximately 12:50am a southbound vehicle turned onto SE 116th in South Beach, Oregon. The driver fled the scene. Driver was located and contacted at her residence and displayed numerous signs of impairment. Driver told me she swerved to avoid a pedestrian and overturned into the ditch. Driver performed field sobriety tests and was arrested and transported to Lincoln County Jail where a breath sample measured her BAC at .23%. Cited and released for DUI Alcohol. Vehicle towed by Coast Towing. Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office assisted.
