Narrative Summary
ecrash- On 12/17/19 @ approximately 11:49 am I was dispatched to a single vehicle crash. Vehicle was westbound on HWY 20 milepost 3 when vehicle collided with guardrail and went through eastbound lane. Vehicle struck an earth embankment and overturned coming to a rest on its top facing northeast on the eastbound shoulder. Driver declined medical attention. Driver showed signs of impairment and performed field sobriety tests showing further impairment. Driver was arrested and transported to Lincoln County Jail and provided a breath sample measuring a BAC of .13%. Lincoln County Sheriff personnel assisted at the scene. Vehicle was towed by Coast Towing.
