2.1 Discussions from the December BOD Meeting, about Mike Burts’s
questions to the Chief, will be addressed.

3.1 Skip Smith wants a review of policies, scope of work to be determined. Heald over from Dec. BOD Meeting.
3.2 Skip Smith would like to review the Annual Director’s Calendar, for
2025, and make updates to it.
