BLODGETT — Travelers who use Oregon Highway 180 between Blodgett and Eddyville should expect three different three-day closures of the highway this month.
The Portland and Western Railroad is making repairs to three railroad crossings on the highway and is closing it to traffic for three days, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation. During closures travelers will need to use U.S. Highway 20.
Closures will start at 7 a.m. of the first day and not reopen until around 7:00 p.m. of the third and last day. The closures are:
- Closed at milepost 11.45 on Sept. 7-9;
- Closed at milepost 6.80 Sept. 14-16; and
- Closed at milepost 6.59 Sept. 21-23.
