NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

APPLICATION FOR PARTITION

REQUEST: The applicant requests approval of a partition of the property located on the north side of HWY 101, on the southeast corner of Allen Street and HWY 101 (property ID R413308). The property is currently vacant, does not contain any water resources or geologic hazards, and is outside of the floodplain. The partition will create three parcels proposed for detached single-dwelling development. A common access driveway will extend from Allen Street to serve the parcels. All parcels will be served with City water and sewer. Future residential construction will be reviewed administratively during the building permit process.

LOCATION: The subject property is located along the north side of HWY 101 at the intersection of Allen Street, and it is further identified on Lincoln County Assessor’s Map 09-11-05CA as Tax Lot 17700.
APPLICATION
MATERIALS: Application materials, documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant are available for inspection at City Hall and can be obtained at cost. Documents or evidence submitted by the applicant after 20 days prior to the hearing constitutes grounds for a continuance of the hearing if any party requests such a continuance. Copies of the staff report for this case are also available for review and may be purchased at Depoe Bay City Hall, 570 SE Shell Avenue, seven days prior to the hearing.
TESTIMONY: Testimony may be submitted in written or oral form. Oral testimony will be taken during the course of the public hearing. Failure to raise an issue in a hearing, either in person or in writing, or failure to provide statements/evidence sufficient to afford the Planning Commission an opportunity to respond to the issues precludes appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue.
