A person brought a lost cellphone to the Newport Office of State Police on 3/15/21 at 3:30 pm. The person stated they found the cellphone at Seal Rock State Park in Lincoln County. The cellphone did not have emergency contact information programmed to assist in returning to it’s rightful owner. The cellphone has been entered into evidence at the Newport Office as found property.
