Narrative Summary
On 12/4/20 at approximately 5AM a female contacted a passerby to report she was freezing. Subject was taken to a hospital by paramedics. Subject later reported her RV missing. RV was located at Van Duzer State Park, then reported missing a second time by the registered owner. RV was located in Lincoln City by LCPD. Subjects in possession of RV stated the female granted them access to the RV. RV was returned to an associate of the registered owner.

Narrative Summary
**eCrash Report** On 12/04/2020 at approximately 16:15 PM, Unit #1 a black 2000 Dodge Neon was westbound on US Highway 20 near milepost 15.5. While negotiating a curve in icy conditions, Unit #1 crossed the double-yellow centerline and struck Unit #2, a gray 2005 Toyota mini-van that was eastbound. Unit #1 continued across the eastbound lane and down an embankment along the southern shoulder of the highway. Unit #2 came to rest blocking the eastbound lane. Airbags deployed in both vehicles. The operator of Unit #1 was extricated by Toledo Fire and medical personnel before being transported to Pacific Communities Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The operator of Unit #2 was not injured. Coast Towing responded to the scene for the removal of the Toyota van. At the owner’s request, Rowley’s Towing removed the Dodge Neon from the scene. OSP was assisted at the scene by ODOT Incident Response, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, and the Toledo Police Department.

Narrative Summary
*eCrash Report* On 12/5/20 at approximately 17:17 PM, Unit #1 a 2005 Dodge Caravan was stopped on the south shoulder of US Highway 20 near milepost 1.5. Unit #1 failed to yield to another eastbound vehicle and pulled off the shoulder onto the highway in front of Unit #2, a red 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander. Both vehicle’s sustained heavy collision damage and came to rest blocking the eastbound lane of the highway. The operator of Unit #1, and the Operator both sustained minor injuries. The Operator of Unit #2 was transported by ambulance to Pacific Communities hospital for evaluation. The operator of Unit #1 was issued citations for DWS- Violation, and failure to yield when entering a highway. Coast Towing removed both vehicles from the scene. OSP was assisted by ODOT Incident Response.
