Narrative Summary
**e-Crash** On 11/10/2020 at approximately 10: 41 PM, OSP responded to a single vehicle crash that occurred on SR-18 near milepost 3. The vehicle involved was a 2005 yellow Hummer (Unit #1), and had two occupants. Unit #1 was traveling west on SR-18, when the driver lost control of the vehicle and started to spin. Unit #1 collided with a dirt wall on the eastbound shoulder, and then drove back over to the westbound lane. Unit #1 came to an uncontrolled rest on the westbound shoulder off the highway. Both occupants were transported to the north Lincoln City Hospital for minor injuries. Car Care Tow Pro recovered the vehicle.

Narrative Summary
**eCrash Report** On 11/11/2020 at approximately 17:58 PM, Unit #1 a white 1994 Isuzu Rodeo was eastbound on SR-18 near milepost 2. A cow elk jumped of the nearby hillside into the eastbound lane of travel and was struck by Unit #1. Unit #1 sustained substantial front end damage and came to rest blocking the eastbound lane of travel. The operator sustained minor injuries and was transported to the Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital via ambulance. The elk was severely injured and was dispatched at the scene. The vehicle was moved to the roadside and the driver made his own arrangements for the towing and removal of the vehicle. OSP was assisted at the scene by North Lincoln Fire and Rescue.
