DEPOE BAY – Oregon State Police said Friday that a woman found dead early Thursday on the beach between Devil’s Punchbowl and Otter Rock had been identified as Annette Fagan, 58, of Portland.
Police said in a news release Friday that the woman’s body had washed ashore after being in the ocean “an undetermined amount of time.” Police were notified of the body about 1 a.m. Thursday.
Police said the woman was white, has blonde mid-length hair, blue eyes and believed to be between 40 and 50 years of age. She was wearing black yoga-style pants with the logo “Wilson Lacrosse” on the hip, a white t-shirt with “Skyhawks Sports Academy” logo, and gray with orange sole Nike shoes.
Police had asked for the public’s help to identify her and within hours were able to do so.
